Jon is a fellow memeber of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and has over 15 years experience. Jon trained with a medium sized Bristol practice and specialised in accounts preparation and audits. After qualifying in 1997 Jon moved into commerce and industry and worked as a Financial Controller and later Financial Director.  Working in commerce and industry has enabled Jon to gain an inside knowledge of the difficulties business owners face. Jon has extensive experience of all aspects of a company's accounting needs, and likes to work closely with his clients to make their business effective.

Experience & specialisms:

Claire has over 12 years experience working in accounts and credit control. Claire started her accounts experience with a top 10 accountants based in Bristol and later moved to industry where she gained vast experience in a number of fields including payroll, sales and purchase ledgers and office administration.  Claire is a fully trained credit controller and over the years has had sole responsibility for credit control systems and devised the procedure we use today at Concept.
